THEFT CASE WITHOUT MY PRECENCE. IS BAIL REQUIRED?

i AM WORKING IN SAUDI ARABIA, I REGISTRED A VACANT LAND IN KOLKATA 2014 THE OWNER HAS LEFT BUT HIS COOK OCCUPIED THE TIN SHADE AREA AND ASK ME TO PAY 4 LACS . When I did NOT pay the MONEY HE MADE a CASE AGAINST ME MY BROTHER AND my FATHER CASE IT WAS THE YEAR 2017. IN THE THEFT CASE POLICE MADE A CHARGE SHEET AGAINST ME MY BROTHER AND MY FATHER AND ISSUED AN ARREST WARRANT. MY FATHER AND MY BROTHER MADE A BELL DO I NEED ALSO A BELL THOU I WAS NOT THERE? IF MAKING WILL EFFECT MY TRAVEL TO SAUDI

dear client as per your query since the case was filed against you as your father and brother are on bail you need to apply for bail and can apply for quashing of the case in High court you can consult me by paying online consultancy fees....
