First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my compensation for your false commitments or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if they fail to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a petition under section 156(3) for registration of FIR under criminal breach of trust in the court to claim your salary along with compensations. you can file a case against them for mental harrassment and recover the money being paid to them. Additionally if you have any written commitments from them then you can file for the fraud being committed. Also case can be filed in consumer forum. Kindly contact a suitable advocate to let this case proceed as you wish to take it further

Could you please elaborate your query as to what exactly happened. Is there any exchange of money and have their defaulted on any promise Or is there any deficiency of service on their part. For filing a consumer complaint and issuance of legal notice you need to prove deficiency in service

This is a case of gross negligence in Service. File a complaint against the consumer forum claiming the damages you suffer due to fault in their services. Start by sending a legal Notice to them. Hope this helped you.
