The fir(420, 376 and 417) has been filed against me in year 2019 nov after coming out on bail i was about to complete my under graduation and then trying to start my MBA than in the year 2021 from my area PS the constable came and informed me that rowdy sheet has been opened on my name i don't know how and now the PS, Taskforce offices are calling me on weekly basis and every night to take a photo so that im available at home. i just want to close my case. the complainant said that she want to withdraw this case last year but unfortunately there were no judge available in the court and my adv said me without judge we cant do anything and have to wait for judge or incharge and now when i got to know that the incharge has been appointed for my court then i informed the opposition party about it through mediator and my advocate informed her about the quashing the FIR in the court but now she is denying to take back the case so what should i do now? need help i want to close this case....
