The complianant is my neighbour and he had been attacked by some goons and got injured ,this happened on 1st April. I left my place 31 March ,now he filed a case against me saying I was one of the goon who beat him. I have all sufficient evidence to prove that I was out of station during the commencement of crime .police called me and I have explained then and showed all the required evidence ,and the served me 41a notice which I rejected. Is there any problem in rejecting 41a notice .even though I'm no way connected to the crime ,police had framed me as A4 in the fir.kindly suggest me how to proceed

hi you could file quash petition to quash the FIR on the ground that it is based on all false allegations and that you are no where connected to the allegations mentioned and you should have accepted 41A notice otherwiise police might take steps against you
