I would like to know Whether the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 is applicable in Delhi also?

For similar protection in Maharashtra you need would to refer to the central laws of india or specific legislation enacted by the respective state government. In the absence of similar state- specific laws

yes it is applicable i. Delhi as well and if there is any such act which is reported the police can take action based on the above Act as if it is applied in Delhi. the law never says that it is only for the state of Maharashtra

Maharashtra act is applicable only and not in any other place outside Maharashtra . it is an state act which is applicable only in the state of Maharashtra . this act is not a central act . a central act applicable all over India except the provinces specifically excluded from the act
