The apartment association have not submitted financial statements for

The apartment association had made a false complaint about me in the police to which I have sent a legal notice. The respondents have sent a reply through their lawyers. Now, whether I have to send a re-reply to their lawyers or straight away file a case? J Whether the re-reply to be sent through a lawyer only or can I send the reply myself? The reply to my legal notice by the respondents contradict their own narrative in the complaint to the police. Can i file defamation case ? GN

you cannot file at defamation case against the police complaint anyone can give a police complaint and if the police complaint is fault and the forget acquittal in the case then only you can file defamation case as per the your thing you have sent to the legal notice to other party and other party also send a reply notice to you in such a circumstances you must approach the Civil Court no other remedies possible
