Telepathy harassment that sound like fantasy

14-Apr-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I’m mentally stable (psychiatrist certified) but suffering from telepathic/V2K harassment. I have no physical evidence, and the accused denies it. This is severely affecting my mind. If I don’t get legal help or support, I feel I might take a drastic step, even suicide. I beg you to hear me, guide me, and help me find any legal way to prove this and protect myself. Please treat this as a serious, urgent matter.

I’m sorry to hear what you’re going through. Your mental health and safety are a priority. Since you are certified mentally stable, and this is affecting your well-being, I suggest filing a police complaint regarding harassment to create a legal record. Also, consult a forensic or cyber expert to explore any potential sources of interference. Simultaneously, please continue psychiatric follow-ups. If you feel suicidal, reach out to a mental health helpline or hospital immediately. Legal action may be limited due to lack of physical evidence, but documenting your experience consistently can help establish a case over time.

I understand that this situation is causing you significant distress. However, matters involving telepathic or V2K harassment are extremely complex and, without physical evidence, are very difficult to pursue legally. I would advise scheduling a consultation so that we can review your case in detail, assess if any legal remedies are possible, and also ensure that your mental well-being is supported through the appropriate channels. Your safety and peace of mind are important.
