Take Loan and not repayment of emi I am facing penalty bounce charge

A man claiming to be a loan giver. To increase the credit score by telling that our credit score is low, he said, get an FD with me and we did not have FD money. He took a loan in our name and deposited the money for FD in his account. Also said I will pay the loan installments on time. But he is not paying the EMI and I am facing penalty and bounce charges.

filed a police complaint agaisnst the person as he commited fraud and cheating with you have your legal right to took legal actions against the person who committed fraud with you tell the whole story to the advocate and took guidance to file a complaint
