Take against therapist massage for infecting person with disease (STD)

13-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I seems purposely infected with herpes virus by massage therapist during massage service. My all suspecting started when therapist asked extra service(so the therapist should be infected already) but luckily didn't avail it. But am suffering from infection last two months as I consider that she could used her saliva on my back where acne is present but couldn't see it. However after that I fall in sick. I have been spent more money to understand what's wrong with health as blood test wouldn't reveal infection within window period. Please advise as struggling a lot with this disease.:(

you can file the consumer dispute case being customer for the massage parlour and ask for the amount which you have sent on it and youust strong and supportive evidence otherwise it is difficult to prove your case , even you can file civil and criminal suits but as of now the consumer case is the best one.

Dear sir
it comes under medical deficiency service or medical negligence. you can make the issue as big as u can and get issue a legal notice followed by complaint before Consumer forum. there are 80% chances of getting back your entire amount along with monetary compensation
