Suspicion of writting my name on suicide letter by ex

I broke up with my ex a month back And after a month we had small fight but now resolved she found to be diagnosed with cancer she hasnt told anyone i am suspicious she can commit suicide due to disease and can put my name on suicidal letter what to do and our previous chats are like against me

you can go for the quashing under section 482 in high court if you have an relevant evidence. you can prove in front of court due to cancer he has expired. he has a cancer patient. otherwise you have to join the investigation and you can keep your things in front of investigation officer. if he is satisfied than they will remove your name in fir.
