Surety bond eligibility docs in Bangalore

What is the document required for surety bond of amount 1 lakh. If courts ask for 2 surety and in that 1 should be local than who can give surety. Can 1 surety be a local in Bangalore and 1 can be in Rajasthan?? What docs can we provide in court if I want to give surety in Bangalore.

Dear Sir, You have to get local two sureties if the order is specific otherwise you can get any person from Rajasthan. The surety must have property like house or landed property without any loan on that. You can offer FD receipts for 1 lakh or 2 lakhs standing in the name of any of your friend. If conditions are very strict then you may apply for modification of conditions.
