Well, a person can stand surety to more than one accused person, but he needs to make a declaration regarding this before the Court in a honest manner with the support of an Affidavit under the concerned provisions.

you can only give surety to one person during the pendency of the case, if the same person is implicated in a different matters the same person cannot give the surety again. hope this answers your question
