Summons to receive charge sheet from acjm

I have received a summons from the acjm court to receive my charge sheet copy from the court. Can I go and receive the charge sheet without any lawyer?

You need a lawyer to identify you while taking the chargesheet of your case. You have to be represented by him for the transfer of the case also so that the trial can proceed and the proceedings can start.
