Summons for rash driving and injury case cannot be delivered

My husband was driving car and accident happened. Now we move to different city and old room which was rental is locked. We have hearing in jan but I as witness cannot get summons due to change of address. If summons not given can I still go on date and give statement?

Well, if summons has not been received by you, still, you know, you have to present yourself as a witness in a case on a particular Date,then you must go, considering, if you won't go, then it may create problems for you.
