Summon notice shows online but notice not been given

Hello everyone as I checked online I have a summon issued but I haven't got any notice on the same and now it's showing its a second summon dated 30th October and now area of concern is my dad got paralyzed and was admitted in hospital and now getting treated at home still I haven't got the notice

Approach to any advocate , he will check it what offence and he will help you regarding notice pls provide your summons copy we will give you the information on your notice and we can explain about your father health condition to judge and we will help you
