SUMMON FROM DIST. COURT FOR THIEVES AREST IN ROBBERY CASE

Dear sir,nThere was robbery took place last in year on 3rd April 2022 at my native Place. We lodged police case about robbery of Gold value Rs. 10-15 Lakhs and Cash Rs. 25,000/- against unknown robbers.nNow 2 months back they have been arrested by STF and recovered Rs.5000/- cash and few jewellery. we have been summoned by court to appear for hearing after 2 date Judge seated for hearing and my father have been questioned about robbery.nis there chances of looted jewels, how to proceed
