Summon by dcp u/s 111 r/w 113 crpc sent


30-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Lady has been served with 111 r/w 113 crpc summon by dcp office, asking to come for security bond of Rs 1 Laks. Neither any allegation against her nor any criminal record, nor any FIR, neither have any involvement with any political paries. Summon reads that SI have initiated 107/116 crpc hence this bond. No copy or information served on her except this order. What SD be done to dismiss this summon and or next step. They have sent summon on Saturday knowing court is closed till Monday and have called on Tuesday for security bond. Kind provide best legal suggestions ?

advocate have to go and ask why and on what purpose they issued this notice to him/her if anything plan from them to harrasment or troubling... than immediately go to court and get the stay on the notice if no previous criminal activities
