Suicide threat by boyfriend on breakup

I am in relationship for the last 8 months. And within a few months, I realized he is not the correct boy for me. From the 1st month, he started to convince me to have a physical relationship. He is so possessive and toxic. For last 2 months I am trying to breakup. But he threatens me that if I breakup, then he will commit suicide and he will write in his suicide note that I was mentally harassing him. So I had to continue it without being happy. I want to get rid of him. What should I do?

I have gone through your query. Any partner cannot force the other partner to stay in any type of relationship. The boy is himself committing crime by blackmailing and threatening you. You can file a precautionary complaint with the police against the guy and stop contact with the guy. Whatever happens after that is not your concern.

In such a circumstances, if you have made up your mind not to continue the relationship as he is not fit for the married life then you may send him a legal notice through a counsel informing of your decision based upon the reasons and ask him not to disturb you anymore. You may also write to police station

File a police complaint against your boyfriend for the harassment and blackmailing caused to you by him. Let your complaint copy be with the police authorities. This will make you safe in any situation. Avoid contacting him.

Dear queriest if he is trying to force you for physical relation and threatening you for not responding for the same, then you can make a police complaint against him on charges of rape, threaten and so on more. for more information about the same kindly call me.
