Suicide related issues .how to make police into action .all evidencest

My sister committed suicide 5 days ago.she was married for 4 years.She was having extramarital affairs with one person.We have found voice clips and screenshots against the accused.All chats are in telegram .all evidences are in phone laptops and telegram .police is not looking deeply .what to do pls help

As per your issue if your sister has committed suicide for any threatening or blackmailing from her friend then you may proceed the case as abatement for suicide for threatening and for wrongful gain from your sister by misusing her evidences in the devices and if the concerned police has not giving response then file the case before the court as complaint petition.
