Suicide blackmail from girl friend on unlawful demands

My girlfriend is blackmailing me that she will do suicide if i don't fulfil her unlawful demands and i want to give complaint against her on 506 ipc criminal intimidation if police register fir on my complaint.. Will i still be charged on 306 ipc if she leaves my name on suicide letter and dies

Primary question are Is she a minor..? (Are you a minor) how do you know that the demands are purely Unlawful..?(looks like you studied law) What have you done to her..? Why is going to that extent..? Yes, you can file a complaint against her but if the Police comes to know that you have done something unlawful to her then they will press charges against you immediately... So go with clean hands. Central govt has introduced 3 new bills replacing the IPC, CrPC and Evidence and if that bill passes then you have to worry a lot because the punishments are very severe than the present IPC... She can delay and file a complaint against you even this bill becomes law... So, Talk to a lawyer and explain to him/her in detail what has happened between you couple... the Lawyer will give you the best advice according to the facts of the case and the circumstances.
