Suggestion in case legal notice issued by the Passport office.

I am working in merchant navy. Last month i applied for renewal of passport and within 3 days i received my passport on post police verification basis. After one month i got a show cause notice from regional passport office that they have got a adverse police verification report against me stating that FIR has been registered against me under section 435, 504 & 506 IPC and court case pending. I getting this notice from RPO i contected to them and show them that the FIR registered against me under above section but the case had been disposed off with a final report(FR) and honourable court order and it is being clearly written in police FINAL REPORT that it is false case against me and same FINAL REPORT being accepted in Honourable court . I show the copy of Police FINAL REPORT and Hon’ble court order copy to Passport Officer and requested them to reverify my details. Now the police reverification process is going on Shall i get my passport issue clear?
