Suffering from neighbors misbehaviour. Need a help.

I'm harrased by my neighbors. Its been effecting on my life ,mentally a lot. Because of their loud noises & their misbehaviour, most of the times they are spying on me too, which leads to suicidal thoughts. I wouldn't able to concentrate on my personal life and as well as my professional life, because of such fear,. What should I do? I need help to be strong from inside & to get relief. Is that lawyer is necessary to approach? or if it is so, then which lawyer I supposed to take help with?

Sorry to know about your situation but I'm glad that you are strong enough to combat this situation. I completely understand that you have written this information with a lot of threads running in your brain but to help you out and provide you with the optimal solution we will need more information. Like what kind of locality is it.? is it an independent houses or an apartment.? What kind of loud noises.? is it though shouting all night after 2-4 pegs of alchol Or speakers music.? what actions have you taken besides confronting them like complaint to colony president or Police or any local NGO.? It is affecting your personal and professional life, it means that you are a working professional who needs a peaceful sleep to focus. As there is no edit option here, I would suggest you to talk to an NGO, need not be an environment based NGO that deals with Pollution issues but any NGO because they will support you mentally and guide you better as they know the locality better. You have come here, just walk a couple more steps towards the NGO. I hope you will be satisfied and just in case if you don't get satisfied then reach out to this forum or any other lawyers forum seeking help. we would be glad to assist you.
