Sir i have received reply through RTI from GST department that the bills which she was submitted with her complaint is not generate by the shopkeeper and the said bills are fake,
Sir what to do behalf the report and what are the relevant sections are attract on said offence.

Its too premature to take any action for false information as the case is still in investigation stage. However, you can always use the information obtained by RTI during your bail hearing and later in the trial. Another remedy you can seek is approach the HC for quashing of FIR by relying on the RTI, however the chances of quashing of FIR is very bleak as the matter is in premature stage of investigation and HC don't normally interfere at this stage when the investigation agencies are still gathering evidences.
