Student who wants to travel back to India who’s father is very sick.

My ex brother in law has put a fake extortion case against me n my family but before the fir was filed I had moved to Australia for studies. Now the court has issued NBW to me as I was not present in the court. my fathers Sick and developed cancer and I need to vist india. My question is will I be arrested in the airport and also can I travel back to Australia or will there be any issues in the Indian immigration since I have a case.
