Street or sexual harassment of a woman on proofless allegation

In an apartment complex a biker alleges a lady driving four wheeler overtook him and about to hit him. Her car stops in traffic outside, he pulls his bike near her car from left, gestures to lower the window. She does, he starts scolding, she says don't teach me driving, has anything happened to you, he says no then lady says please don't talk to me and closes window. He accuses on Whatsap group a "lady driver"..CCTV has no footage of almost hit, no data on speed of both
Dear Sir,
A warning may be given to that guy for abusing her on WhatsApp group. If the accusations are very serious and lowers dignity of a woman then she can get issue a legal notice to that guy seeking apology and compensation etc. If that guy did not burdge then she can file both civil and criminal defamation cases against him.
