Stock market advisory and insurance related online fraud .

One fellow advised me to take position with 2.5 lacs capital in options trading and asked me hold it. As I saw my trade is giving me loss of 10k , when I asked him he said u can hold this position and if any u get any loss from their call they will pay back me loss amount. Loss started increasing and in few hrs it went to 1.1 lacs then also that fellow said not to exit, he said if I exit this position then they will not give me any loss Amt. I hold this position overnight and next day loss increased it to 2.47 lacs. He asked me to make payment of agency cost , and insurance cost Amounting to 92k via Gpay. I was hesitant to pay such a huge amt. He said I will receive my loss payback within 30 min. Since then I was following him for payment for 3 days. After a week I filed cyber crime complaint. And now this fellow is calling me to settle issue with 92K payment. Can I recover my 2.47 lacs from him with legal complaint? I have only what’s app chat and my gpay transfer as a proof.
