stalking is an offence under section 78 of BNSS and so also under IT Act and you can lodge a complaint before Your area police station or cyber crime police station of your district or you can file private complaint before the court.

First we should give a complaint in the police station,No need to worry, police people will take action,They register FIR on that person,yu do recording,when yu will get the call,it is the proof of evidence,thank yu
