ST certificate declared fake and have to pay compensation for cheating

I took admission in MBBS in 2008 through st caste, completed education in '14. Took admission in post graduation in '15. Recently in '17 I got to know my st certificate was fake which I was unaware throughout .my father denies it and says he has his own st certificate but v had lost it when changing our place.i have lost a career and also I have to pay a hefty penalty of 50 lakhs, plz help,

If you are really belongs to ST cast. Then apply for fresh Cast certificate. How you got the previous Cast Certificate, weather you got it from any agent or mediator?, file criminal complaint against them.

If your father prepairing forge certificate but it is quite possibility to he was hiding the truth. If your father have actual St certificate and he lost then you lodge complaint in consern police station and collect missing certificate . If you have zerox copy of father st certificate then apply for duplicate for the same. But if you actually dont have st certificate and you submitted false document then u r institutaion have right to file legal complaint against you for submitting and using forge document and cheated to government. And your also liable to pay heavy penalty as you said.
