Someone took my picture without my permission and send it to my father and other people. The person who took the picture said many bad things about me just for wearing a sleeveless dress. He questioned my identity. Still I don't know who took my picture but he had shared it to someone else. Can I aproach court or police station? Is it legal ?

if someone has taken a picture without your permission and you can immediately complain to the police station or you can write a complain and give it to the police station and if if the police is not taking your complaint then you can file a private complaint seeking the police assistant to investigate the matter and to take action over the accused person
