Someone raised Case on me include my family but want to go abroad.

Hello Actualy i want to get advice. Someone Raised case against us. It is a criminal case Regarding property land issue. Court anounced accused No.1 to 4 are ordered to be summoned for the offences under Sections 447, 451, 380, 34 of Indian Penal Code. They took Anticipatory bail yet, i did not Get bail because i want to do study abroad. i also not received any summons. I was absent in appearence in court earlier.Now. Give me advice sir what i should do..?
Your query is little confusing. U did not get bail or u did not apply for bail? U are named as accused? U need to be clear about involvement and process followed. If u named as an accused then you have to get anticipatory bail. Rest feel free to share.

first you have to get anticipatory Bail from court and secondly file a revision against the summoning order of the court.
