Someone leaking my phone number on Facebook

A random girl posted my phone number on her Facebook profile......what are my legal options against her?

Send a complaint to the SHO,DSP,SP through speed post, the content must be drafted well by the legal expert,the process is very simple consult the advocate And tell him the allegations,the wll send the concern department.

you can file a case against her and file for temporary injunction against her. but in the court you are required to prove how she got your number. if it is intentional then what was the intention ? and also if it is picked from Facebook then you are required to prove that

First of all rather than going legally you should serve her a legal notice and in that notice you can write to either remove your number from the social media or face legal action which will be at her own risk. If there is no positive response then you can always forward a complaint in writing to the police station according to your jurisdiction.
