what sort of threats are being given to you. I will need some more details so as to assist you much better in the case. she is probably trying to blackmail you to either extort money or for some other monetary advantages.

oh, if any girl is blackmailing you, then you can file a case of Criminal Intimidation against her to blackmail you, to spoil your reputation. However, if she is genuinely levelling charges against you, then, you will fall in big trouble.
