Someone has filed a complaint against me of robbery and fighting.

I was called in police station for a wrong complaint against me that I have robbed someone on road and ran away after a small fight. This is wrong and I can prove it with evidences. What can I do to get justice against this wrong complaint?

You must hire an advocate in order to understand how to tell the police about these false allegations! If police have filed FIR then u must look for bail first n then defence in the court ! Thanks n b in touch

You need to draft your response and address it to the police station where the complaint against you has been registered. And the written statement should include all the evidences and details that you are having that belongs to your favour. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

For that, if you are named as an accused person in it, you can file a quashing petition before the High Court for cancellation of the Investigation against you. In case, if you are summoned as a witness, we have nothing to worry. but since you mentioned that they are alleging that you were part of the offense. a magistrial intervention or courts intervention is necessary for justice to you.

Dear client You may give your statement by way of an affidavit and also file an NCR as a remedy against any false implication in future. You can apply for the bail and state all the evidences you have in this regard, there are very high chances that the court will grant the bail. For that you have to appear in the court with your lawyer.
