Someone files a False case against me what can I do now

Sir recently my family visited to my mama`s house for a marriage function and there is a fight between my family and mama`s cousin and their sons .after that they filled a complaint charges against us .they put my name also but I was not even there then what can I do know

Send me the copy of FIR so that proper advice can be given to you. Otherwise it’s very difficult to acknowledge the entire facts which you have stated. Materials in the FIR has to be seen. Then only I can address your concern completely.

No problem ,. First of all you have to file anticipatory bail for all accused person alleged by information report. after that you have to quashed FIR in Patna High Court after that you will be free in this Case .
