You should oppose in the session court. if the session court rejected their application then you are in a better position. make sure they don't get bail or stay from the High court in Pocso matters. meanwhile if they apply for bail, make sure your advocate will be ready to oppose.

They first tried to trap your family with a false application, but the lower court already rejected it. Now they have gone to the Sessions Court, which has wider powers, and this is where things can turn tricky. One wrong move can give them an advantage, but with the right legal strategy, we can shut down their misuse once and for all. This stage is crucial—you need strong representation to ensure the truth stands and your family stays protected.

Firstly their application is still not entertained by the lower court and till date no FIR was lodged because of that so you must appear and reply in the court concerning the matter hammering the rejection and harassment of urs family

What You Should Do 1. Engage Counsel in Sessions Court: Appear through a lawyer and strongly oppose their revision petition. File a written objection stating that their application was frivolous and rightly dismissed by the lower court. 2. Highlight Retaliation: Argue that their counter-case is only a retaliatory tactic to dilute the effect of the genuine case filed by your family. 3. Use Your Evidence: Submit video proof and prior orders to show that your complaint was based on facts and theirs is false. 4. Request Dismissal: Pray that the Sessions Court dismisses their revision at the admission stage itself. 5. Prepare for Appeal: If the Sessions Court wrongly allows their application, you can further challenge it before the High Court under Section 482 CrPC (now 482 BNSS) for quashing. Practical Tip Courts usually recognize retaliatory counter-cases, especially when clear evidence exists on one side. Your family should remain consistent with your evidence and highlight the abuse of process by the opposite party.
