some one has filed fir for 302 ipc against me and police has called for investigation, can i go with advocate

visiting a police station with an advocate is your right and no police officer can stop you from that. You can even go alone as the police has called you for investigation. But if you feel comfortable and confident going with an advocate then you can definitely do that. Even I being an advocate can accompany you if so required.

you can't go tell your lawyer first and look up the case and file anticipatory bail before the session court and highcourt lawyer would understand the situation whether your name is there in a FIR or not
