Some one assauled me in front of my house

Some one assaulted me and threatened to kill me Though I have seen him several times here but I dont know his name, address or phone number How can I get it to file a court case?

okay I understand your questions so now you don't no unknown person called you and worn you assult you kill you who is this person you will find it and give complaint to police and than you will appeoch the court it is possible thank you if you need any help contact me

Dear Sir, You have to approach the Police and they are clever persons to trace out the person who assaulted you. If you provide proper clues and details about such person. You may name suspected persons and the names of persons who were present at the time of incident.
