Some goons come on shop and start fighting and hit something on head after that they repeatedly comming for compromise and we also want to have it just because to get peace from this all. Is compromise a good solution or not? If not what should we do . If compromise is done what shoul be written in it so while again he come for fight he will also have fear to not to fight as it can harmful for him as he doesn't have fear of jail as he was alone he doesn't fear from death,jail,police as he is free there is no responsibility

hello client as you arr saying the incident happened in tht matter cmpromise is not at a good idea. in my openion you should file a case in police and move to high court for peotection an dthen fight wuth goon he cant even touch and you can gigh with him for sure.

Is settlement is always best option according to me. However u should get the settlement Cum compromise deed drafted via advocate ! Kindly n in touch to understand the legalities in this regard ! There is no point dragging these goons in your life
