Sister's husband torturing me by making fake and personal comments

I have been married for 10 years and my sister husband making personal comments about my life and he is spreading all unnecessary rumours about my life which causes stress in my life. He does not have any business to involve in personal life. I would like him to sue .please tell me the procedure .thank you

Ladge complaint against her, there is nothing problem once give warning from police she definetly quite. and don't take back complaint untill she stop. better she have been creat unnessary nuesence file harrassment case.

Dear Sir, You can approach the police or file a private complaint or file a suit seeking injunction order against him restraining him from making such nonsense comments and spreading unnecessary rumors. It is nothing infringement of your civil rights as such you have a cause of action even to claim compensation from him.

1. I can suggest you to approach local police station immediately. but, considering he is related to you, I suggest you to issue a legal notice to him. 2. Even after issuing legal notice to him, if he still continues then get an advocate help to file complaint against him.
