Sister was kidnapped false FIR on father and son what can I do

Dear Sir,kidnaped and illegally my younger sister money has been transfered to his account with the help of police stated we cheated him.booked false FIR on me and my father and looted 35 sovereign jewels dresses,car and 2 wheeler.the case is on in JM 3 .The guy who is an jeweler,politician, smuggler and more. The case is running for last 9 months,there is no improvement,more over I'm not happy with my lawyer.kindly suggest how I have to react.need your valuable feedback.

query is not clear, if you have been booked for various offences refer us about sections imposed and grounds for doing so, case running for 9 years is not acceptable, update us on case status.
