Sister in law filed false domestic violence case against me & my wife

Please note that my brother in law's wife filed a domestic violence case in the name of her husband, mother/father in law and given my and my wife's name also. She made a false allegations that me and my wife also involves in domestic violence with her, whereas truth is that non of the members mentioned above does that. Please guide me how to prevent me and my wife from this. Case is with women cell and 4th counseling in on 14th march 2017
your hearing may be over. you can tell the truth to the women commission and also file counter complaint against her because both your wife and mother are victim of cruelty and harassment by your sister in law(Bhabhi).

Is FIR registered?
If yes, please share copy of the same.
If FIR has been registered then your names have been named as accused, you would have to file quashing before High Court.
Else, you will have to apply for anticipatory bail in the first instance.
