Sir,nMy father did two marriages. He lived with his second wife & her children. My father's second wife & her children tortured & beat my father regularly. nOne day my father committed suicide & left behind a hand written letter in which he mentioned how they tortured.nOn the basis of that letter I tried to lodge FIR against them in police station but they refused to lodge FIR. Then I approached court but recently court also disposed my application. nNow I want suggestion what should I do Now?

You can go for an appeal in the above case. If you have concrete facts and evidence of the incident you can surely put the culprits behind the bars and court can also fine them for the same or both. What are the sections under which you filed the above case ? You need to co relate.
