Q: Withdraw a Leal Case under section 509IPC and 67IT Act.

Hello, one of my friend Have filled a case around 4-5 years ago, 2 acts are there 509 IPC, and 67IT.Now she want to withdraw the case, can u please guide us

Yes the case can be withdrawn with the written consent of the parties, the court may indulge cost to the complainant as well as the accused but it depends on judge to judge. Overall the answer is yes.

Q: Ancestral Land Partition Under Section 176

My father has applied for the land partition & based on all the formalities a patwari was assigned. My father is the only son of my grandfather & my grandfather were two brothers, his elder brother had 2 sons. So half land will be distributed to my father & the rest half will go to those brothers. Now the younger brother of opposit party is denying to provide the road connectivity from his land towards our land from the main road. What would be the legal solution for this?

You have to file a civil suit with all the ancestral details in the petition. Ease of way is your right and court will allow you for that but it may take some time..... My father\'s second wife & her children tortured & beat my father regularly. \nOne day my father committed suicide & left behind a hand written letter in which he mentioned how they tortured.\nOn the basis of that letter I tried to lodge FIR against them in police station but they refused to lodge FIR. Then I approached court but recently court also disposed my application. \nNow I want suggestion what should I do Now?

You can go for an appeal in the above case. If you have concrete facts and evidence of the incident you can surely put the culprits behind the bars and court can also fine them for the same or both. What are the sections under which you filed the above case ? You need to co relate.
