Sir i had pledged gold in pawnbroke.but he refused to release

I go to police station.but the pc's says that why not consult with pawn broker.but i consult pawnbroker..he refused it. He says that time out

there is nothing like time out with pawn brokers untill you pay the interest regularly and timely...in case delay you can pay with fine he cannot deny your gold items send him a proper notice through an advocate every thing will set right.

Since the pawnbroker has refused by saying “time out” and the police sent you back, you should return to the police station and submit a written complaint clearly mentioning that you already approached the pawnbroker and he denied responsibility, and request them to register an FIR; if the police still do not act, you can escalate the matter to the Superintendent of Police (SP) or file a complaint through your state’s online police grievance portal, while keeping all available proof such as the pawn receipt, messages, and shop details.

If your gold jewellery is still at pawn broker and he refused to give it you check why he not giving if fault is from pawn broker we send a legal notice and collect our jewellery or else we complaint on him at Court
