Well, you have not stated the act under which you have got charged! You have just mentioned the sections of the act! Hence, I request you to mention the act as well, so that, proper legal advice can be given to you!

If an FIR has been filed against you, making a payment will not automatically lead to its cancellation. The case will still proceed in court. To address this, you should file a petition to quash the FIR. However, it must be clearly established that you are innocent and that the FIR was filed wrongly.

Well, I need to go through the FIR before suggesting you, that, whether you challenge it or pay the fine to your Employer, so that, you won't end up facing legal issues for the Background Verification in future from the Employer's end!

You will have to inform the name of the Act to which these sections belong to like IPC, BNS, IT Act etc. In any case, it is much better to pay fine, but if the offences are serious in nature, then it is suggested to face the trial and get acquittal. in case you require any further legal assistance you may contact me.
