Should I go for reinvestigation and naragi process in criminal FIR

10-Sep-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I registered a FIR and police submitted the chargsheet without my knowledge. When I obtain the certified copy of chargsheet I find the I/O discharged 2 main accused persons from it and removed 307 and 354b,accusing only 5 persons with some bailable sections. Now one of the accused who has been chargesheted has register a false counter FIR against me,my family,my layers and relatives and there I find he clearly mentioned the names of that 2person present in the place of occarence whome my i/o discharged by stating that I have given the 2persons names by mistake and so they are not involved.plz suggest me should I go for reinvestigation and naragi process to include 2persons name and also revive 307 and 354b.

Dear Sir, from perusal of your query, I would suggest you to go for a narazi petition before the competent court of law challenging the chargesheet submitted by the I.O. Please contact for more details.
