Should I be worried about blackmailing?

I am getting married to a Christian woman under the Special Marriage Act who lives in Germany. During a recent argument with the family over some simple misunderstanding, her mother blackmailed me, saying that she had a photo of us together and she could do anything with that like she could file a complaint against me. But I couldn't get any details on what base can she raise a complaint? I feel alarmed by this as there have been NO SUCH situations between us where I have done anything illegal.

1. you lodge the complaint before the police station on the person who is blackmailing you. 2. you submit the documents to the police for investigation and help them 3. you also bring it to the police notice for what reason they are blackmailing you
