Shopkeeper not returning my keyboard given for repair for last 50 days

Hi Team, I gave my musical keyboard to the shop for repair. I am following up regularly and the shopkeeper is not having my keyboard in shop nor is he returning it back to us. We are ok, even if he is not repairing it. I have visited shop multiple times, spoke to the shopkeeper, he is only delaying and not promising on the date of return. I have asked my neighbor boy to visit the shop whenever he is free and collect the keyboard for me. He is still studying in college. When he visited the shop, the shopkeeper even after showing the bill, he still behaved the same manner and not giving date for the return. He was telling it might take even 9 months and you have to wait and so on. He even threatened that he will not return the keyboard because of the scoldings by this boy. They both caught hold of their collar and bet each other. Now, the shopkeeper is filling the FIR against this boy. I too have the audio recordingly of the shopkeeper conversation with me happened 10 days back.
