Shop keeper took advance but didn't deliver product

One guy took us to a shop showed us a bed and promised delivery jn a week. He acted as if he is one the shop sales man and collaborated with shop owner to close the deal. Next day we paid advance 50000 though UPI. He sent a receipt not from the shop where he showd us the product but some other shop. For two weeks he kept postponing the delivery and then stopped lifting phone. We reached to the shop and asked for deluvery Shopkeeper said he doesn't know this person and there was no order placed

you get money back you approach to any advocate that he will help you by sending legal notice in that receipt address and also you can complaint at Police station that this guy cheated you and filed an FIR on that person...or you approach us we will help u
