She is claiming that because of me she got pregnant

I was in relation with one girl and last time we became physical almost around 3 4 months back but last month she did abortion because of ectopic pregnancy and she claimed that pregnancy reason is me.nand when I denied to marrying she file a complaint in police and i was in lock up for 1 night next day I have no choice then I accept regarding marriage but now I got to knownthat she was pregnant from 1 month.nWhat to do now??Cuz I was afraid in P.S and accepted in written that I will marry her

hi if the case is still pending against you then you could file quash petition on the ground that you are not connected to allegations mentioned in the FIR and you could say that the MOU was done based on coercion and fraud
